Arapaho Hills is a mid-century modern neighborhood in Littleton, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012. Developer Edward B. Hawkins and contractor Clyde Mannon filed the plat in 1955, and Bruce Sutherland designed most of the original houses, which range from International Style to Usonian. The historic district covers homes built from 1955 to 1964; later homes fill some lots. It sits between Arrowhead Road, West Berry Avenue, South Lowell Boulevard and South Manitou Road. It is not a local Littleton historic district. If you own one of these homes, its design is part of its value, and we know how to show that.
