Lone Tree

Lone Tree voted to become a city in 1995 and annexed the 3,500-acre RidgeGate area in 2000. Park Meadows, Sky Ridge Medical Center and the Lone Tree Arts Center are all here. The 2019 light rail extension added Sky Ridge, Lone Tree City Center and RidgeGate Parkway stations. Bluffs Regional Park has a 2.7-mile loop with views across the metro to the mountains. We'll help you weigh resale, HOA and commute questions before you list or buy.
